    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to that shipping carrier's website so you can track your order. Or you can email us at info@shoplolex.com and we can provide you with your shipping information.

    We ship within 1 day of receiving your order Monday-Saturday. You will receive you package at most within 1 week of your order date (unless unforseen problems at post office).

    3. What shipping carriers do you use?

    We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground as our standard shipping carriers.

    4. Do you have a retail location?

    We are strickly an internet-based ecommerce website.

    No we do not! We have a privacy policy that we strongly adhere to. Your trust in us extremely important to us.
